Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy


If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a new unused product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive the returned item in new, unworn, condition, Beneath the Mountains, LLC will give a full refundΒ excludingΒ initial and return shipping costs.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Beneath the Mountains, LLC will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may charge a $20 restocking fee or send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Accepted Returns


  • 30 days from sale date
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must be free from damage and/or visible wear and in good condition
  • Any tamper-evident packaging must be intact.
  • Any items removed from tamper-evident packaging will automatically incur a $20 restocking fee

Why the restocking fee?

As an artist owned company, I value the quality of the items I create and I want to make sure that any returned items received by another customer meet my highest standards.Β  In order to do this, I spend time lovingly inspecting and refinishing all returned items.Β  All items returned are disinfected as part of the inspection process.

Final Sales (Some sales are final)

Some items may not be returnable for refund.Β  These items and/or services are sold β€œas-is” and all sales of such items will be marked, individually, β€œsale of this item is final and not available for return and/or refund.
A few examples of non-refundable items: clearance items, digital artwork, instruction, digital artwork templates, and/or local in-person services.
