Shipping Policy

All orders are processed Wednesdays through Fridays, and usually within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email arrives. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.ย 

Occasionally, processing times are delayed due to planned events.ย  When this occurs, we do our best to notify you upfront during the ordering process and again in order confirmation emails.
In addition to planned delays, other delays may occur that are beyond the control of Beneath the Mountains.ย  Such delays may include, but are not limited to, holiday order backlog, inclement weather events, postal delays, strikes, etc

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates:ย Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping:ย We offer $15 flat rate shipping to addresses within the United States.ย 
Free Shipping:
Some of our items, like our made to order designs, ship for free.ย  If you order multiple items and some ship for free and others donโ€™t, we will do our best to ship everything together so that you arenโ€™t charged an additional shipping fee.ย 
**ย If you get really overzealous and order so much that we canโ€™t fit it in one shipping box, then we may charge an additional shipping fee.ย **

Shipping Options

Currently we only ship via USPS Priority Mail.ย ย Please noteย that all ourย shipments are sent with Signature Confirmation.ย ย We require a signature on all the jewelry we ship to you.ย  This is due to โ€œporch theftโ€ and our desire to make sure you receive the wonderful jewelry we make for you.

International Shipping


At this time, we do not ship anywhere outside of the United States and Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beneath the Mountains, LLC (DBA Beneath the Mountains) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently only use USPS for delivery of items to you.ย  The USPS will ship to P.O. boxes.ย  Because we ship using Signature Confirmation, you will be required to take a delivery slip to a window clerk at the post office in order to accept your delivery.
